Face to face interview
Our face to face interview process gives each candidate the opportunity to show their strengths and the client all the details to make an informed decision on who they want to see.

Prior to interview, all candidates receive an Assignment Brief which includes industry and company information, a job description, person specification and remuneration details.
We then meet with them in person to clarify and discuss the details contained in the Assignment Brief. We move on to their career, not usually in a biographical format but instead concentrating on challenging or demanding situations, pivotal events or activities occurred and, critically, how they dealt with them and what the outcomes were.
We translate all this information into a report that is relevant to the role; similar to a home buyers’ assessment, our report highlights the good but also notes the issues worthy of further investigation.
Assessment
Using traditional techniques with psychometric tools to get to know your candidates, their needs and capabilities.

When interviewing, clients will usually only get to see a small part of the candidate's personality and capabilities. But this process gives the client a chance to pursue a conversation, respond to questions and dig deeper to ensure a good understanding of the candidate's motivators and how their experience meets the role requirements. This stage allows the client and candidate to interact and get to know each other following the logic and flow of the conversation.
There are times however when it is useful to understand how critical “dimensions” compare to others - either known performers within the business or other candidates on the short list. To do so effectively some quantifiable measure is needed and this is where psychometric assessment tools are useful.
