FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

Prior to interview all candidates are given an Assignment-brief, this includes industry and company information, a job description, person specification and remuneration details. We then meet them face to face and clarify and discuss the details contained with the Assignment-brief. We then discuss their career, not often in a biographical format, more often concentrating on when and where situations and events or activities occurred and critically how they dealt with that.
Finally this is translated into a report that is relevant to your role; importantly it is like a home buyers’ assessment and highlights the good but also the issues worthy of further investigation.

ASSESSMENT

When interviewing you will get to see one side or a portion of an individual’s personality and capability, it gives you the chance to pursue a conversation respond to their questions and dig deeper to ensure you understand their needs, their capability and experiences correctly.
