The Business is led by Julian Cresswell, he has been operating largely within the Manufacturing & technical sectors since the early 1990s working initially for regional then national and international businesses and roles, recruiting across Europe and into the US.
His combined Business Studies and Engineering degree and time spent with Rank Xerox at their International HQ in Marlow gave him the exposure and empathy to work with and help solve Manufacturing client’s unique challenges. The skills and experience developed over time and he has worked with demanding clients including Rolls-Royce, JCB, Precision Castpart Corporation (PCC), Terex, AMG, Crown Packaging & Renold PLC.
Typically operating between the level below board and into Group (£40k to £160k) Augment Consulting now partners many businesses to build high performance teams. We do this by listening and understanding what you, the client, want. Then actively seeking individuals with suitable skills and assessing them against this specification. Critically listening to what the candidate wants or doesn’t want. If this person can add a real tangible advantage to your existing team we will present them.
